Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the JustNow app and related support communications. It describes what information JustNow does and does not process when you use the app on Apple platforms.

2. Data JustNow Does Not Intentionally Collect

JustNow does not require user accounts, sign-in, or profile creation. Under the current version of the product, JustNow does not intentionally collect personal data for analytics, advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing.

• No account data: no usernames, passwords, or user profiles.
• No advertising data: no ad targeting, ad measurement, or ad-tech SDKs.
• No analytics SDKs: no third-party or first-party analytics used to track in-app behavior.
• No in-app purchases: JustNow does not currently process subscriptions or one-time purchases.
• No push notifications: JustNow does not currently ask for notification permission.

3. Operational and Network Information

Like any app that requests and plays content over the internet, standard technical information may be processed temporarily by Apple, network operators, hosting providers, or content delivery infrastructure in order to deliver content, maintain security, and keep services available.

This can include information such as IP address, device or browser request headers, and basic connection metadata handled as part of normal internet communications. JustNow does not use this information to create user profiles or track users across apps or websites.

4. How Information Is Used

Any operational information processed as part of content delivery is used only to make the app work, deliver requested media, protect infrastructure, and respond to support requests if you contact us. JustNow does not use personal data for advertising, behavioral profiling, or cross-service tracking.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

JustNow does not sell personal data. JustNow does not share personal data with advertising partners or data brokers. Limited technical processing may occur through standard platform or infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate the app and deliver content.

• Hosting or CDN providers: for delivering app-related content and keeping services available.

6. Data Retention

JustNow does not maintain user accounts or a proprietary database of user profiles under the current product setup. If limited operational logs or support emails exist, they are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, resolve issues, comply with legal obligations, or protect against abuse.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal data, including rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing. If you have a privacy question or want to make a request, contact justnow@javierquerol.com.

Because JustNow does not currently provide accounts or store user profiles, the scope of any request may be limited to information contained in support communications or operational records, if any.

8. Children's Privacy

JustNow is not designed to knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe that personal data relating to a child has been provided to us, contact us and we will review the request and take appropriate action where required.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational updates. The latest version will always be published at the public Privacy Policy URL for JustNow.
